Mahandru Associates LLC Affiliate or Referral program is limited to referrals of personal contacts. You must not refer any person under this scheme where referring the individual breaches any duty you may owe to any other organization or person. To do so may amount to a criminal offence.
By referring any person under this scheme:
- You warrant and confirm that a referral does not breach any duty you (or any third party) may owe to any other person or organization arising out of any:
- Function of a public nature;
- Activity connected with a business, trade or profession;
- Activity performed by or on behalf of a body of persons (whether corporate or incorporate).
- You agree to refund on demand (without any time delay) any reward where you are found to be in breach of these terms.Mahandru Associates LLC shall not be held liable to any of the following, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement;
- Any loss of or damage to profit, revenue, savings, data, use, contract, goodwill or business or
- Any indirect or consequential loss or damage, in each case howsoever caused or arising.
- Mahandru Associates LLC reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any part of this Program at its discretion.
- Eligibility for Referral Program
- Eligible Referrers
- To be eligible for this Program, being a new or an already existing customer, the referrer has to go to our online referral program page on our official website www.mahandruassociates.com and fill in the appropriate details. Agents, including resellers and business partners, of Mahandru Associates LLC and its Related Bodies (private/ Corporate) are not eligible for this Program. To be our official partner, please refer ‘partner with us’ page on the program. Mahandru Associates LLC staffs are also excluded from participating in this Program.
- Eligible Referrals
For the referred friend/ family to qualify as an Eligible Referral for the Program, the referred must:
- Not be an existing / prospective client of Mahandru Associates LLC.
- Have been referred to Mahandru Associates LLC by an existing client who is Eligible.
- Contact details should be valid / active and authenticated.
- Must have a valid and immediate interest in taking one of our services.
- Must have the means (direct/indirect) in going forward with one of our programs.
- All the data provided in referral form, should be accurate and active / updated.
- Mahandru Associates LLC will validate / verify any referral to be considered as a “Qualified Referral.”
- Only qualified referrals will be making the referrer eligible for incentive pay out.
- Any subsequent services purchased as a complimentary/continuity of the primary service purchased by the referrals will not be subject to a claim for an incentive from the referrer.
- Mahandru Associates LLC accepts no responsibility for any referrals not received for any reason. Eligible Referrals will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by Mahandru Associates LLC and not at the time of transmission of the information. Mahandru Associates LLC is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected referrals as well as technical difficulties with the referral mechanism and does not warrant that the referral mechanism will be available at all time.
